What are the dates and venue for PLASTASIA 2027?

Can you design a shared booth for two plastics brands?
Yes. We can create a connected layout with distinct brand zones, shared meeting facilities and clear reception points. The BCCO + BVPL project shown on this page is an example of a shared stand.
What affects the cost of a PLASTASIA stand?
Stand dimensions, display requirements, finish specifications, graphics, meeting rooms, lighting and AV all affect the price. We prepare a quotation against your floor plan and requirements.
How early should we book design and fabrication?
Start around 6–8 weeks before the show where possible, with additional time for larger booths, shared-brand approvals or complex displays.
Can you incorporate machinery alongside material samples?
Yes. We plan equipment displays with the required clearances and coordinate utility needs, while keeping sample counters and visitor circulation easy to use.
Will you provide meeting rooms and storage?
Private or semi-private meeting areas, reception counters and storage can be included according to available space, your operating needs and the approved layout.
Do you handle branding, furniture and installation?
Yes. Your agreed scope can cover graphics, lighting, AV, furniture, delivery coordination, on-site installation and dismantling at Bharat Mandapam.
Can we send our existing stand floor plan?
Please do. Your allocated floor plan, open sides and exhibitor manual help us develop a booth concept that fits the space and technical requirements.
