Yes. Share the equipment dimensions, weight, operating clearances and utility requirements. We plan display positions and circulation around the machine layout, subject to venue requirements.
How much does a PLASTIVISION exhibition stand cost?
The quotation depends on floor area, open sides, construction, graphics, machinery display needs, lighting, AV and logistics. Send your floor plan for an itemised project proposal.
When should we start planning our Mumbai stand?
Allow around 6–8 weeks where possible. Machinery-heavy stands or designs requiring additional technical coordination can need more time before the exhibition.
Can you work from our booked exhibition floor plan?
Yes. We use your hall plan and stand dimensions to develop the concept, checking open sides, access and the equipment layout before detailing the build.
Do you include graphics, lighting and furniture?
These can be included in the agreed scope, alongside technical display panels, reception counters, meeting rooms and storage.
Can Mescot handle installation and dismantling in Mumbai?
Yes. We can coordinate transport, on-site stand installation, handover and dismantling within the organiser’s access windows and the agreed project scope.
